Alice has developed a deep understanding of the content, pedagogy, and systems-level structures needed to drive student success in ELA and Math. In her most recent role, she implemented a K-12 math vision using research-based instructional materials, leading to significant improvements in student state exam performance. Her cross-functional teamwork advanced student attainment in literacy, resulting in notable increases in ELA scores. Alice also led the creation of the official teaching excellence rubric, set phased goals for leaders, teachers, and students, and planned a year-long professional development series for school leaders, emphasizing instructional leadership, people management, and educational equity. She monitored key initiatives across multiple schools and maintained partnerships to integrate teacher coaching and edtech platforms. Alice is committed to coaching all educators to implement effective instructional practices and improving educational outcomes for all students, empowering educators to deliver high-quality instruction.
