Asma worked for Great Minds as an Implementation Leader from August 2019-December 2023. Prior to that, Asma has worked in various education leadership positions both nationally and internationally, Asma has worked as a Curriculum Director, Supervisor of Pre-Clinical Students, Instructional Coach, Adjunct Instructor, and served on accreditation teams.

Asma currently is serving as a school board member of her local high school district. Asma also is the founder of the Sereen Foundation, a non-profit organization supporting the social well being of children battling cancer. Asma is also pursuing her Ed.D. from UIUC in Education Policy, Organization, and Leadership.

Asma enjoys hiking, nature, skydiving, and international travel. Asma has 3 children, 26-year-old male, 22-year old female, and 15-year old female.
