As Manager, Program, Bethany implements programmatic services and designs high-quality, research-based, and user-centered professional learning services, tools, and resources to improve teaching and learning and advance educational equity for and with our school system partners.

Before joining the Teaching Lab team, Bethany was the Instructional Coach for a small, high-performing charter school in Kansas City, Missouri. She assisted teachers with lesson planning, classroom management strategies, and resource acquisition. Bethany also provided support to students with a variety of mathematical deficiencies. While she enjoyed the role in Kansas City's educational environment, she is excited about her new role at Teaching Lab. 

Bethany enjoys hanging out with friends and family and traveling to new places with her little dog Mitsy!
