Senior Director, People and Culture Services

Brittani Anthony is the Senior Director, People and Culture Services. She develops and leads the execution of the People and Culture strategy for Shared Services in support of Teaching Lab’s broader People and Culture Mission and Vision.

Prior to joining Teaching Lab, Brittani served as the Vice President of HR Operations for a national non-profit who specialized in family and social services. In this role she led and directed a team of 15 HR professionals, while providing overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing the direction of employee relations, onboarding, compliance, learning and development, retention, total rewards, and organizational development across 28 states.

She is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP), who enjoys the field of Human Resources. Brittani actively serves as a Board of Director Member for Camp Casey, and the Michigan Municipal Services Authority. She also enjoys doing freelance and volunteer work with small businesses who are seeking strategic guidance on HR related matters.

Outside of work she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, getting outside and staying active with her children, reading, and supporting the community through her church.
