Teaching Lab’s Pay Philosophy
Teaching Lab’s compensation philosophy focuses on nurturing a thriving, long-term employment relationship with our employees. To pursue our mission, we need team members who can be successful in their roles to stay, grow, develop and thrive within our organization for years to come. This means we will pay competitive and equitable salaries as team members join the organization, offer continued growth and development opportunities, and reward team members who meet and exceed goals.
Transparency is paramount in our approach to new employee pay practices. Our salary ranges offer a pathway to endless potential, reflecting the opportunities for growth and advancement that await you. When assessing a final candidate’s credentials, Teaching Lab will meticulously evaluate two dimensions of experience based on the resume submitted: 1) directly related experience to the role and 2) total experience across all fields. As a standard practice, Teaching Lab typically limits salaries for new hires at 105% of the midpoint of the salary range, allowing ample room for growth and advancement within the role over time as indicated above.
