Ching Sullivan is the Manager, Learning & Research at Teaching Lab. Ching manages the implementation strategy to evaluate and share the impact of our professional learning on teachers and students to strengthen Teaching Lab's research design capacity and learning organization culture.

Prior to joining Teaching Lab, Ching was a management consultant at Cicero Group, where she worked in the K-12 education practice to advise school districts, education nonprofits, and state education agencies. Ching received her Master's in Education Policy from University of Pennsylvania and her B.A. in Government from Harvard University.
