Jennifer Harris, Ed.D., is a Director of Program with an emphasis on supporting the strategic growth of  State-level partnerships. Prior to her work with Teaching Lab, she was an English teacher and high school administrator in Virginia. She also has extensive experience in organizational and political communication, to include work at the Congressional level.

Dr. Harris is passionate about supporting the educational equity journey of schools, especially those with marginalized populations. She has worked on this mission with districts in New York, Cleveland, OH, Rhode Island, and Delaware, specializing in ELA and Math. She considers herself a life-long learner and teacher, committed to facilitating the professional growth of teachers around the country.
