Senior Director, Program

As Senior Director, Program, Erik implements programmatic services and designs high-quality, research-based, and user-centered professional learning services, tools, and resources to improve teaching and learning and advance educational equity for and with our school system partners.

Erik is a Teach for America alum with a Master’s Degree in Urban Education from the University of Pennsylvania. He spent the last 10 years deeply involved with math education as a teacher, instructional leader, and department head at large and small charter school networks in Philadelphia and Brooklyn. 

Erik enjoys running reasonably fast, and walking his dog, Noodle, around the neighborhood.
