As Director, Program, Ferron manages programmatic projects, delivers services, and designs professional learning to successfully improve teaching and learning and advance educational equity for and with our school system partners.

Ferron worked as an education consultant, supporting curriculum audit and technical assistance initiatives for members of large-scale education systems to strengthen teacher and leader effectiveness and improve outcomes and opportunities for all students. Prior to this work, Ferron served as Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Operations for a high-performing high school in a STEM network in Denver. In this role, Ferron provided strategic educator coaching, developed the instructional vision, and managed the creation and implementation fidelity of systems and structures that supported a strong culture of academic equity and excellence.

Ferron enjoys reading mystery and spy thrillers, watching movies, and actively working out during his leisure time. Ferron is married and has two daughters.
