Greg Leap has over eighteen years of experience teaching, leading, and coaching in schools across the country. He has partnered with several organizations, including SchoolKit, UnboundEd, Teaching Lab, Mastery Charter Schools, and KIPP.

Prior to working as a consultant, Greg was a Leadership Coach at TNTP, where he developed the Philly PLUS Program, which helped train and support over 100 leaders across district, charter, and faith-based schools. Before TNTP, Greg was the School Leader of KIPP West Philadelphia Prep, which, in 2014, achieved the highest 6th and 7th-grade MAP growth among all KIPP middle schools nationally (58 middle schools in total).

Greg also served as a Secondary Mathematics Adjunct Professor with the Relay Graduate School of Education.
