Before transitioning to his current role as a math coach for Teaching Lab, Josh spent several years as a dedicated high school math teacher in Queens, NY, and also taught students in juvenile detention in Brooklyn, NY. During his tenure, he developed a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards of teaching mathematics in diverse and unique settings. His innovative teaching methods and commitment to student success earned him recognition among colleagues and students alike. This rich experience laid a strong foundation for his current work, where he now supports and mentors other educators in their professional growth.

Josh enjoys skating and hiking with his wife in the many parks of NYC, and enjoys trying new and diverse foods.
