Director, Project Management Support

As Director, Project Management Support, Kelly designs and helps to implement the strategy and structure for project management across Teaching Lab, while building team members’ capacity for effective project management. 

Kelly came to Teaching Lab with nearly 10 years of experience in various capacities in formal and non-formal education spaces. Most recently, Kelly worked to provide international gap year experiences for students between 18-22 years old at an international education startup. She also brings experience in teaching, mentoring, experiential learning, and leadership development. Kelly earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from North Carolina State University and a Master’s degree in International Education Policy from the University of Maryland, College Park. 

Kelly currently lives in Raleigh, North Carolina where she enjoys the outdoors, crafting, reading, and spending time with her partner and dog.
