As Manager, Learning & Research, Lindsay manages internal program evaluation, focused on measuring the impact of our professional learning on teachers and students, and manages user-centered design projects to enhance our learning organization culture.

Lindsay Romano brings 8 years of experience as a teacher, content developer, project manager, and education researcher. She began her career as a secondary math and science Special Education teacher in New York City, where she also earned an MS in Adolescent Special Education. After receiving her degree, Lindsay was awarded a Fulbright Grant in Colombia, where she studied and taught at a university for 10 months.

Prior to joining Teaching Lab, Lindsay worked with the education non-profit, Teach for America, in Philadelphia on their recruitment and admissions team. She is currently working towards her Doctorate Degree in secondary Special Education at New York University and is excited to blend her passion for research and professional learning as a Partnerships Manager at Teaching Lab.

Lindsay currently resides in Ocean City, NJ with her family, and outside of work loves running, spending time outdoors, and learning new things!
