As Manager, People Operations, Melissa coordinates, manages, and implements processes and practices across the organization to optimize knowledge and workflows while building Teaching Lab as an effective, efficient, compliant, and equitable organization.

Melissa brings over ten years of administrative expertise to Teaching Lab. She began her career as a middle school ELA teacher in Miami, FL. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Florida International University and a certification in Human Resources. She is currently working towards her Masters in Curriculum and Instruction.

Melissa lives in Hoboken, NJ with her husband, twins, and dog.
