Morgan graduated with her bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and her master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Florida State University. After graduating, Morgan worked as a teacher in both traditional public school settings and large charter school networks in New York City. After teaching for a few years, she was promoted to Assistant Principal and worked in school and district leadership for four years before transitioning to Teaching Lab.

Morgan enjoys traveling and exploring new places with her partner. She is also an avid reader and loves to receive new book recommendations.
