Before joining Teaching Lab, Ralpheal worked for 18 years in the Milwaukee Public School system. During that time, Ralpheal served as a classroom teacher, reading interventionist, school support teacher (instructional and climate coach), assistant principal, and school leader. Ralpheal's mission is to enhance the life outcomes of the community she serves through providing progressive learning environments, supporting educator learning for improved student outcomes, and a strong ethical commitment to equity.

Ralpheal is passionate about continuous learning and sharing knowledge with others. She loves volunteering, reading fictional literature, and vacationing with her husband and son!
