At the Robert R. McCormick Foundation, Tania served as a Human Resources Representative. She managed the HRIS database, Paylocity, for 150-200 employees, ensuring smooth payroll, timekeeping, and onboarding processes. She assisted in the designing of training materials to enhance employee experience and built strong relationships with HR partners. Tania also conducted employee relations investigations, coordinated the performance management process, and led new hire onboarding sessions. As the sole recruiter, she increased diversity by 33% in 2023 and managed the Veterans Internship Program, aiding veterans' transition to civilian life.

Tania is credentialed as a SHRM-CP and certified in Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand, equipping her with a deep understanding of human resources practices and effective communication strategies. In addition to her professional certifications, she volunteers at World Relief in Aurora, IL, where she supports refugee and immigrant communities by offering guidance and resources to help them integrate successfully into their new environments.

Tania enjoys reading and listening to books via her library app. She recently joined an outdoor workout group called FIA (Females in Action) to stay motivated in living a healthier lifestyle. She lives in Geneva, IL, with her husband and 1-year-old daughter, where they enjoy spending time outdoors and participating in the various family activities offered by their neighborhood and community.
