Teresa comes to Teaching Lab with over a decade of experience as a district-level school support professional, teacher coach, intervention specialist and teacher in New York City. She is dedicated to supporting and guiding cycles of inquiry with teacher leaders to improve practice and student outcomes.

In her 20 years in New York City, she has lived and worked in 4 out of the 5 boroughs and has experience with supporting students of all backgrounds and learning differences in the Public, Independent, Charter and Parochial schools.

Teresa enjoys hosting friends and neighbors in East Harlem with her husband and daughter and walking year-round in the Conservatory Garden area of Central Park.
